About the Center for Critical Infrastructure Protection

In March 2021, ENSCO, Inc. was granted the contract by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to operate the renowned Transportation Technology Center (TTC). Spanning 52 square miles, the TTC is the world’s largest surface transportation test facility. ENSCO’s mission is to leverage the TTC for the enhancement of safety and security in Critical Infrastructure. Our history in Critical Infrastructure protection combined with our vision at the TTC allows ENSCO to deliver services which cannot be found elsewhere.

CCIP’s highly skilled personnel deliver innovative, value-driven solutions to the most complex and challenging cyber and physical requirements. Specializing in Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, the CCIP team holds more than 20 different certifications from internationally-recognized governing bodies with vast experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), federal organizations, and the commercial sector.

CCIP is proud to collaborate with respected academic partners, The Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida and the Mineta Transportation Institute (MTI) at San Jose State University, to provide proven physical security training at the CCIP. Together, we focus on best practices, innovative strategies, and real-world applications to enhance the protection of Critical Infrastructure against unauthorized access, theft, and sabotage. Our alliance with CUTR and MTI enables CCIP to offer a premier training experience that equips Critical Infrastructure organizations with the necessary skills to safeguard their vital assets and ensure the resilience of their operations.
